1.4 "Data User" means a person who either alone or jointly or in common with other persons processes any personal data or has control over or authorizes the processing of any personal data, but does not include a data processor. 1.5 "Data Processor" in relation to personal data, means any person (other than an employee of the Data User) who processes the personal data solely on behalf of the Data User, and does not process the personal data for any of his own purposes. This includes our third-party IT hosting providers, cloud storage operators, payment gateway aggregators (specifically including CHIP Asia), and specialized administrative software providers.

1.6 "Processing" in relation to personal data, means collecting, recording, holding or storing the personal data or carrying out any operation or set of operations on the personal data, including the organization, adaptation, or alteration of the personal data, the retrieval, consultation or use of the personal data, the disclosure of the personal data by transmission, transfer, dissemination or otherwise making available, or the alignment, combination, correction, erasure, or destruction of the personal data.

1.7 "Commercial Transactions" means any transaction of a commercial nature, whether effected by contract or otherwise, which includes any matter relating to the supply or exchange of goods or services, partnership agreements, tendering, procurement exercises, banking, financing, insurance, or project execution.

1.8 "Payment Gateway" means the third-party authorized financial technology entity that provides digital payment transaction acquiring, processing, and clearing services for transactions executed on our Website, specifically referring to CHIP (operated by CHIP Technologies / licensed financial technology entities under Bank Negara Malaysia regulations).

2. PRINCIPLES OF DATA PROTECTION
